Why the CS750 costs what it costs
Most juicers on the market are domestic machines. They are built for short bursts and they stop when they get hot. The CS750 is built for a commercial duty cycle, with a stainless steel body and heavy-duty construction, because a juice counter does not work in short bursts.
The 50 rpm screw auger presses instead of shredding, so more juice comes out of every kilo of fruit and the pulp comes out drier. On a counter, fruit is the biggest recurring cost, which makes yield the real return on the machine, not a feature on a list.
Low speed also means minimal oxidation. The juice keeps its natural colour and taste, the pulp separates into its own container, and what you hand across the counter is what a customer pays a premium for.
Thirteen modular parts come apart quickly for a wash between batches, and every part that touches food is BPA-free and food grade. It runs quietly with low vibration, so it belongs front of house, next to the customer, not hidden in a back kitchen.

What it juices
Oranges, apples, pineapple, pomegranate. Cut to a size that drops into the hopper without forcing.
Carrot, beetroot, cucumber, ginger. Feed the firm items steadily and let the auger set the pace.
Spinach, wheatgrass, mint, kale. Roll the leaves into a tight bundle and feed them slowly.
Grapes, papaya, melon, berries. Alternate them with a firmer item so the auger keeps a steady grip.
