Support

Looked after, in person.

We sell one machine and we service it ourselves. If something is wrong, you speak to the people who sold it to you, not a call centre queue.

Warranty

1-year global warranty

Warranty runs from the date of the invoice. Keep the invoice, it is the warranty document.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the motor and the drive assembly
  • Electrical faults under normal supply at 230 V, 50 Hz
  • Commercial use. This is a commercial machine. Running it at a cafĂ© or juice bar is exactly what it is built for and does not void the warranty
  • Replacement of a food-contact part found defective on delivery

What is not covered

  • Misuse, dropping, or forcing produce into the hopper
  • Non-food items, ice, frozen fruit, or the stones of mangoes, dates and similar fruit
  • Running the machine dry, or pushing it on when the motor is clearly hot
  • Damage from voltage spikes without a stabiliser, water entering the motor housing, or repairs attempted by someone else
  • Normal wear on consumable parts such as the strainer mesh and the silicone ring

Care guide

Daily cleaning, done properly.

  1. Flush while it runsPour a jug of water into the hopper with the juice cap open. Most of the pulp clears itself.
  2. Switch off and unplugNever take a part off a machine that is still plugged in.
  3. Strip it downLift the juicing bowl, then remove the auger, the strainer and the rotation wiper.
  4. Brush the meshUse the supplied brush under running water. Do not use steel wool on the strainer.
  5. Dry and rebuildWipe the stainless body with a damp cloth, dry the parts, then reassemble in order.

Four things to avoid

  • Do not run it dry. The auger needs produce to press against.
  • Rest the motor. After a long continuous batch, let the motor rest before the next one.
  • No hard items. Ice, frozen fruit and the stones of mangoes, plums or dates will damage the auger.
  • Do not force it. Use the pusher gently. If it slows, stop, reverse if fitted, and clear the hopper.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

Is it for home use too?
It works perfectly well at home, but it is built and priced for a business. If you press one glass a day, a domestic juicer will do. The CS750 earns its price where juice is being sold all day.
How loud is it?
Quiet, with low vibration, because the motor turns the auger at 50 rpm rather than spinning a blade at thousands of revolutions a minute. We do not publish a decibel figure. Hear it yourself at a demo and judge it against your own counter noise.
Can it do leafy greens?
Yes. Spinach, mint, kale and wheatgrass all press well. Roll the leaves into a tight bundle and feed them slowly, ideally alternating with a firmer item such as apple or carrot.
Is it BPA-free?
Every part that touches food is BPA-free and food grade. The body is stainless steel.
What is the warranty?
1-year global warranty from the date of the invoice, serviced by Pajca. What is covered and what is not is listed above.
Do you offer demos?
Yes. We bring the CS750 to your counter and you bring the produce you actually sell. It takes about twenty minutes and there is no obligation.
